Sushi Classes

Our sushi classes are done for the season, sign up for our email to learn when we relaunch!

Begin your evening with a welcome beverage of your choice— wine, sake, cocktails, or beer—along with light bites such as edamame and spicy tuna crispy rice. Our expert Sushi Chef Aki will introduce you to the art and history of sushi, sharing insights into the traditional techniques we use! Once you’re settled, you’ll head to our sushi bar, transformed into a hands-on sushi-making station.

Under the guidance of our talented sushi chefs, you’ll learn to create a variety of sushi items, including maki rolls, nigiri, and temaki handrolls. The evening wouldn’t be complete without something sweet! Delight in a treat of mochi and receive a personalized certificate as a memento. After all, who wouldn’t want to brag about being a Makoto sushi chef?
